Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Was late for the train, the only place with no queue, was expecting the food to be meh, but it was surprising good for my taste, and the man who served me was very nice enough to make sure my burrito was extra hot. Price, however I think was a bit higher, but overall experience was good."
"Really lovely staff, good burritos that are a decent size. Yeah the guacamole costs extra but that’s normal for all the burrito chains now avo is expensive. Will come back for my lunches"
"Great one stop shop for a burrito so filling, With rice, cheese, beans, shredded chicken, tomato salsa and all the trimmings, reasonably priced and satisfying, ambiance just as stultifying, seating is anywhere in the station complex for a wholesome experience train spotting. Not to mention the hygienic service, thence electrifying. Kol-C, #ThePoetReviewer"
"I have had about 5 burritos from here over the past couple of years and each one has been great. Had another tonight and they still cannot beaten. Would recommend."
"Very handy within Victoria Station. Good selection is options, plus I had a ‘naked’ burrito less the wrap."
"for the food and Highly Recommend for the service from " Evana "(The Young Lady wearing black headscarf)! Was there shortly and was in a rush. For that reason i quickly took one wrapped burrito and a mocha. Service: Even though they were in a rush due to huge number of customers and me constantly asking requests/questions regarding their add-ons and allergens but the lady ( EVANA ) with amazing professional yet polite smile stayed calm and kept answering questions calmly and cautiously while simultaneously serving me things as per my requests without getting annoyed(which is rare among station staffs). Food: When hundreds (if not thousands) of customers are ordering different things without any pause then expecting fine-dine restaurant like authentic quality from these sort of shops would be an utter stupidity. However, i have found the food quite decent. Generous amount of toppings, high hygiene standards, carefulness in maintaining any sort of contamination has made this shop and its foods beyond great for a station. So, another for their quick yet healthy foods. Things to improve: They need to add meats that are religiously accepted such as Halal and Kosher meats. One of my muslim turkish friend(came with me) badly wanted to order a burrito with halal beef but they didn’t have that option. So that's a downside and for that. Hope my review is detailed enough and will help others to make informed decisions."
"I was just there last week. Maybe I got them on a good day (reading the other reviews) Livimg In the Los Angeles area I a self proclaimed burrito aficionado. Growing up here and crossing the border often, I was dying for something with some flavor...some kick (outside of the wonderful Indian food in the UK) They did me right. Is it my favorite burrito, of course not....but it was certainly a welcome change of cuisine....the service was good too"
"Well when i read the reviews of this place, I was doubtful, but still gave it a try. Had a burrito and guacamole.... Man i loved the burrito idk what the people are talking rubbish about, man loved it. The taste, the texture . Burrito was gucci. If they improved there standard because of the reviews of people, I'll give it a thumbs up, excellent job! although the guacamole needs some little improvements, otherwise all good. Keep it up. I highly recommend this place."
